We use Biotech system (Bio technology / Biological) for our STP instalation. In our FRP tanks are mounted medium (bioball / bio media) for the breeding of bacteria / microorganisms, both bacteria anaerobic (no air supply to breed) and aerobic (need to supply air to breed). These bacteria work to decompose the incoming waste water so that the water content of both organic waste and non-biodegradable organic.
Aerobic system that we designed using BIOFILTRATION system, which in addition to outlining the wastewater, this room also serves as a filtration so that water quality could be clearer.
All systems are running in a single package in tube FRP (Fiber Reinforcement Plastic) that has been completely fabricated in our factory, so at the time of delivery all WWTP systems are finished and just connect the inlet pipe from the building and connect to the drain outlet pipe exhaust, and a few connecting some PVC pipe from the tank to the blower WWTP (diapraghma blower) that we have prepared.
There is also the advantage of our system is as follows:
- The efficiency levels up to 90% of processed.
- PH 6-9; BOD <20 mg / l, COD <50 mg / l KMnO4 <85 mg / l, TSS <50 mg / l ammonia <10 mg / l Oil & Grease <20 mg / l; Methylene blue <2 mg / l.
- Generate less residual sludge, because anaerobic bacteria as a function of fermentation.
- Practical in terms of installation in the field / site.
- Electric consumption is lower, because the content of medium bio larger compartment.
- Water quality is more clear (higher tranparancy level) because there FILTRATION function.
- STP / WWTP / Septic tanks can be installed above our package ground or under ground.
- Free Operation (microorganisms multiply and self elaborate to incoming wastewater).
- The output are odorless and can be used for watering plants / road.
Good post! Thanks for sharing this information I appreciate it. God bless!
